ASSOCIATE COACHES AND FACILITATORS
For the last 20 years, CDL Insight Consulting has partnered with private and public sector organisations throughout NZ and to some extent in Australia, to drive business and people performance.
Through targeted and customised training, workshop and coaching solutions, CDL assists companies to manage change and grow employee resilience, to engage and develop key talent; to enhance leadership and people management skills; and to transition employees impacted by redundancy.
We are continually on the look-out for experienced Associate Coaches and Facilitators to join the CDL team on an independent contractor basis and to deliver the solutions we make available to organisations throughout New Zealand and Australia. We are especially keen to talk with you if you have the following proven skill and experience:
- Minimum 7 years' corporate experience in coaching and / or workshop facilitation in Leadership, Development, Change or Outplacement Wide industry sector experience
- Subject-matter expertise in one or more of the solutions CDL provides as detailed on our website
- Previous corporate line management experience (for leadership coaching especially)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Membership of one or more professional industry associations
