She is especially talented at enabling individuals and teams to be at their optimal performance to deliver business results. Alison is particularly adept at challenging and supporting ‘dysfunctional’ teams and specialises in leadership and team development through blended learning solutions, including one on one coaching.

Warm, authentic and practical, Alison brings to CDL a twenty-five year career in learning and development and organisational development. She is highly experienced at supporting CEO’s and Senior Leadership Teams to invest in and grow their talent.

With a proven track record of working with international organisations, Alison has specific expertise in helping people through change in mergers and restructures, and has designed and developed leading-edge leadership programmes for senior executives through to first line management audiences.
Clients consistently feedback that Alison is naturally adept at building trust and safety quickly and therefore enables people to get to the ‘heart of the matter’. This she applies in both coaching and workshop contexts. With considerable experience in diagnosing challenges within business, Alison facilitates coaching and learning programmes that are engaging and experiential with a focus on personal commitment to change.

Holding a BA Hons degree in Psychology and Linguistics, Alison is also qualified in MBTI, 16PF, FIRO B Human Element, Genos Emotional Intelligence, the GeneSys range of psychometric tools and Blanchard’s Situational Leadership model. Alison is also a Member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ).
