Anna is an executive and organisational trained coach. She specialises in providing one on one and group focused development that enables people to achieve both personal and professional goals.
As a leading confidence coach, Anna has a particular passion for helping people to find their voice and to speak out with confidence. She specifically focuses on public speaking, business presentations, interview techniques, interpersonal communication and voice over, to achieve results.
Anna comes from a media background, starting in provincial radio as a journalist, announcer and then moved into sales and marketing. She has also worked in the print media industry, both for Fairfax and the New Zealand Herald. She is in high demand for her oral language expertise.
As an experienced Toastmaster and incorporating her training background Anna is able to hone in on what holds clients back from speaking with confidence and preventing them from achieving career and job search success.
Anna brought the SpeakersTraining Camp® to New Zealand from the United States. This is a well – respected, highly practical public speaking and presentation course. She facilitates courses on confidence covering interview techniques, public speaking skills, audience analysis, voice work and presentation skills.
For those CDL clients who experience stress as a result of redundancy and career transition, Anna facilitates mindfulness and stress reduction techniques while also providing the practical skills required for effective job search. She applies her journalistic background to assisting CDL clients to create a marketing winning resume.
Anna has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Canterbury and has trained as an Executive and Organisational Coach with Coaching Pacific Limited, a qualification which is approved by the International Coaching Federation.
