Colin is a versatile and values driven coach/consultant with a proven business leadership background. Colin brings to CDL distinct and proven competencies in the behavioural and process aspects that enhance individual and organisational performance.

Accomplished, versatile and knowledgeable, Colin’s expertise in strategic management, leadership development and executive coaching incorporates both a strategic and practical approach to enhance both individual and organisational performance.

Colin’s experience includes managing large complex change projects as well as being a member of the Executive Team that developed an investment bank into the number one brand on the leagues tables; a position held for over 10 years. He has also consulted and coached in a variety of small to large New Zealand companies. He retains a key interest in diversity, philanthropy and has been an active member of multiple not for profit boards over the past 15 years. Colin also carries out pro-bono work facilitating a community job club assisting and advising people on how to obtain employment.

Colin has won numerous awards for branding, business advertising and HR excellence. He served on three boards of non-governmental organisations and acted as an advisor to the Government on national educational and health development programmes. Having gained considerable exposure & experience in senior corporate roles, Colin established a consulting practice capitalising on his core strengths in developing the performance capability of leaders and organisations. He has also advised on business branding and its link to enhancing employee engagement and retention.

Colin is a Registered Senior Practitioner on the Board of Personnel Practice, a Member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand, and is a registered MBTI practitioner. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration focusing on Business Leadership and is a Tavistock qualified Executive Coach.
