Dave has successfully undertaken a number of large scale initiatives focused on improving business and individual performance. He has operated across a diverse range of countries and cultures including the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States and New Zealand.
Pragmatic and highly commercially focused, Dave brings to CDL extensive experience in People Strategy, Executive Coaching, Leadership, Cultural Change and Organisational Development and Design.
Dave offers a successful professional background in senior management roles across private and public sector. He has been instrumental in leading culture change within businesses to enable organisations to better meet the expectations of shareholders, employees and parent companies. Dave has provided executive coaching and mentoring at Board level to equip each Director with the skills required to be accountable for people strategy and delivery.
Within several senior management roles, Dave has taken responsibility for capability development, leadership coaching and employee engagement strategies. He has extensive experience in change management and leading large scale merger and acquisition processes, managing substantial communication strategies, involving a series of complex transactions and exceeding the value that shareholders anticipated.
Dave’s extensive people management experience enables him to provide both strategic and operational advice on people issues. He has successfully lead transition initiatives and updated and streamlined performance management processes and improved key people metrics that drive customer satisfaction.
Dave has recently graduated from Charles Sturt University in Australia with a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership. He has also completed Level 3, Advanced Coaching Practice with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. He also holds a Master of Science Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
