Jenni has over 25 years’ experience in people management including managing extensive organisational development and learning projects and HR functions. She has a special interest in improving systems, processes and company cultures to ensure that organisations deliver on strategies and achieve optimal productivity and performance.
Supportive, positive and future focused; Jenni is both a qualified mentor and mentor trainer with the New Zealand Centre for Notational Analysis. Jenni also brings to CDL vast experience in project, people and team management.
Jenni’s professional experience includes the design and implementation of change management processes, including the redesign of a large government department.
Jenni has designed and delivered many leadership development programmes for aspiring leaders as well as developing competencies across an organisation.
She has been instrumental in the design and implementation of succession planning programmes to help identify and develop people for critical organisational roles, and was selected to present on this topic at the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand Conference in 2003.
Jenni has designed and implemented a self-managing training framework and undertaken workforce profiling to enhance and align recruitment, training and performance management. She has trained and coached over 50 managers and team leaders to implement the Gallup Employee Engagement Survey.
Jenni is a Professional Member of the New Zealand Association for Training and Development and holds an Advanced Certificate in Adult Teaching. She is qualified with Saville and Holdsworth to assess and provide feedback on a range of psychometric tests, questionnaires and assessments.
