Jonathan has over 30 years Business Development and Strategic Account Management experience within the commercial and consulting industries. As a CDL Director, Jonathan is responsible for leading the strategic and operational needs of the business. Jonathan develops and maintains effective client relationships and provides superior business and people focussed project management capabilities.

Enthusiastic, creative and adaptable, Jonathan is driven to achieve ‘best practice’ by developing optimal solutions for his customers. He leads from the front and is responsible for ensuring excellence in service delivery throughout the country.

Jonathan has been with CDL for more than 13 years and brings an understanding and awareness of the importance of valuing the people asset within any business. He has extensive business, account and relationship management skills as well as training and coaching experience.

He has worked with many public and private sector business, tailor-making business and people capability interventions for high profile sporting, security, financial, government, utilities and manufacturing based firms.

Jonathan has a Diploma in Sales and Marketing and is a professional Member of the Association of Psychological Type.

He has a Particular interest and strength in the design and delivery of team communication and enhancement initiatives using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and is often invited to facilitate CDL services throughout New Zealand.
