Katrina comes to CDL with a professional background in purchasing, merchandising and production control. Blending a creative passion with exceptional attention to detail, Katrina manages the national and international Accounting and Payroll systems within the company.

Detailed, passionate and highly professional, Katrina has exceptional time management, planning and organisational skills which she puts to good use when meeting the accounting and statutory responsibilities of her role.

Prior to joining CDL, Katrina spent several years working in the manufacturing and retail sectors in a research and production management role. She was responsible for quality control, carrying out market analyses, and for making recommendations for product innovation and customisation.

Katrina has taken responsibility for meeting the obligations of the Fair Trading Act, providing training for staff and for maintain effective liaison with suppliers.

Katrina has spent several years looking after her young family – three daughters including one set of identical twins. CDL was thrilled to provide Katrina with a return to work opportunity and she quickly ‘hit the ground running’ taking on a new and somewhat unfamiliar role in her stride.

In her role with CDL, Katrina works closely with the Finance Director in managing the accounts payable and receivable functions of the business using XERO and for the company payroll through MYOB. Katrina also helps to manage the company’s CRM System, Sales Force.

Katrina demonstrates an exceptional level to detail and considers the development and management of Excel Spreadsheets, a personal hobby!
