Lilian has over 25 years’ experience as a Human Resource specialist working in a broad range of HR generalist positions, including senior management in both the private and public sector.
Calm-thinking, logical and energetic, Lilian supports and advises both individuals and groups of people that are experiencing change. She assists employees to identify and take advantage of the positive opportunities that change creates.
Lilian has been heavily involved in both the planning and implementation of major change initiatives in numerous private and public sector organisations throughout New Zealand.
Joining the CDL team in 2001, Lilian has a broad range of skills and experience in the delivery of transition, retention, people management and leadership solutions. She has strong facilitation and negotiation skills and focuses on empowering people through change.
Consulting at both a strategic and operational level within organisations, Lilian not only supports and advises employees impacted by change but also ensures that Line managers are equipped with positive and effective skills to lead individuals and teams.
Lilian is a Member of the Human resource Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ), and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Victoria University. Lilian is also qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Personality Profile.
