Stuart offers more than 25 years’ experience in corporate human resources roles at an executive level internationally and specialises in the coaching of executives and senior managers.
Results focused, challenging and supportive, Stuart uses his vast HR experience to inspire and stretch senior managers to set and achieve goals for themselves and for their businesses.
Stuart’s professional experience includes the initiation of major changes in culture, policies, and structure that enable companies to undertake growth and expansion with increased efficiencies.
Stuart also specialises in major uplifts in performance and leadership behaviour by initiating the concept of a coaching model rolled out to some 60 senior managers and executives.
He has also successfully managed the HR function within organisations as a strategic service model, enabling solutions to be found to business needs with employees feeling respected and engaged, and as a result being more productive.
Stuart’s background has included pan-European responsibilities for HR Managers and global responsibilities for Learning and Development. His positions have been based in corporate headquarters in London, Amsterdam, New York, Sydney, Auckland and Wellington and he has led HR teams of up to 20 people.
Stuart has a Bachelor of Arts in Business and in English Literature from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master of Arts from the Department of Occupational Psychology at the University of London. He is also a qualified Executive Coach and an accredited Mediator.
